How We Work

Every client is different, and we pride ourselves on giving you 100% of our time. For that reason, all our services are timed and priced specifically for your needs. 

A blow dry is compulsory for every colour service so we can check that both you and we are 100% happy with the finished result and we can advise any aftercare if needed. This is at a special price of £20. 

Policies & Cancellations

  • New clients will require a consultation and patch test 48 hours before your appointment, during which we'll go through achievability, cost & maintenance.

  • To secure a booking we require a deposit for any new colour appointment. 

  • We understand life happens, however a cancellation with less than 24 hours notice will occur a 25% fee of the total booking.

  • Any no shows or repeated cancellations won't be able to be rebooked.
